Tea is not as straightforward and simple as many people think. Tea is burdened with an image of a cheap consumer product, far less chic than wine or trendy like coffee. Many customers are surprised by the complexity of the drink, the range of different teas and the prices of exclusive qualities. Once they are convinced of the depth of tea and of its culture, many people are keen to learn more about it, and how to choose and make tea properly, or to develop their professional skills for the tea business, for example as a product manager, tea buyer or tea sommelier.

Formocha will be introducing their portfolio of beginner and professional courses about tea, led by Formocha Premium Tea founder and Pu Erh tea ambassador in Europe, Amanda Yiu, and sinologist and tea culture expert Dr Paul Tjon Sie Fat.
