This charming gentleman, Ross, is getting ready: after two weeks spent refreshing the shop, he’s looking forward to meeting you all from this Saturday onwards.
I will be there to introduce him to you all!

After 25 years in the retail business, this Sunday, January 7th, will be my last day running my own shop.
It has been wonderful! I earned a lot, especially in knowledge and experiences, meeting the most interesting and beautiful people. I also have lost a lot: I never gave myself a chance for friday night parties, romantic weekends, family festivities.
Thanks to your support of many years, now I can officially take a step back: I will be traveliing more to select quality teas, and coaching the young generation to help them come to the front and move on with the Formocha Premium Tea retail business in the Looiersgracht location.
Our Brouwersgracht location will keep hosting special events, running wholesale activities, tea consultancy and other individual requests, by appointment only.

Good news for our German customers! Our partner Bamboo Tea Room just opened its doors to the public in the charming Friesenwall in Cologne, selling and serving a special selection of our exclusive teas.

I am delighted to become a cultural events partner of hotel Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht, the artistic creation of my favourite designer Marcel Wanders.
On February 16th 2017, 5pm-7pm I will be hosting an exclusive vintage Pu Erh tea tasting in the library of hotel Andaz. Everyone is welcome to come.
